2) How to make sure the ORB is on the correct input
3) How to make sure Video Walls/DT Order Taking Screens are on the correct input
4) How to make sure all other types of screens are running the Optisigns app
Please ensure you scroll to the correct section
Check Power
For ORBs Only You will have a Remote that does NOT have Samsung at the bottom.
| All other devices Please find the SAMSUNG remote (Logo at the bottom) If you still have issues, please send a picture of your remote in the ticket |

All Other Screens (Menu, Shatter, Presale, DT Menu) | |
Please make sure you use the Samsung remote Use the arrow keys (Green) to come over to the below icon and press OK (Yellow)
This should bring your content up. If this does not, please take a photo of the screen and include in the ticket. |
